The stoners, because when accidents happen to them, apparently it's not an accident. Sooo with the "logic" i've recently gained, i think i have figured it out. If you want to live an accident free life, be a smot poker. At least you'll take accountability for your stupidity because you don't have the accident excuse here like the sober person. That's why they call is DWI (driving while intoxicated) not DWD (driving while drunk)

Covers the entire gambit. When I go out to dinner with my wife, if I have more than 1 beer, she drives home.

When I hit a little bit of the chronic I keep my ass on the couch, in my man cave, or out on the rocks until I have sobered up enough to drive.

It is just not worth risking the lives of others, or myself.

I never said the guy wasn't a complete dumb ass. Just stating the facts is all. An the fact is he smoked then nailed me an totaled my car out. Had I been in the truck id killed him had I been on the bike he would have killed me.

I know shit happen's from time to time but when you do something that impairs your ability's you deserve to be punished.

I'm not saying it's okay to drive stoned/with a dildo up your ass/drunk/on cold meds/pain killers/anxiety med. or whatever gets your buzz on. Drive sober, if you can't stay sober or get sober long enough to drive, don't drive.

BUT my god, have any of you anti pot advocates ever smoked pot? It's nothing like you guys are making it out to be. I could advocate that people should not drive on chewing tobacco and it should be illegal because i tried it 10 or so times every few days and it impaired me very badly, as well as my friends who did it with me every so often. But those who chew know that once you get used to the buzz, it becomes your sober and the idea would get shot down fast. Those who smoke pot would have the same arguments. Instead we as america choose to beleive the big brother and fallacy. Keep it illegal though, it's funding our big brothers stupidity.

While you shouldn't drive stoned, experienced or not. I will still stand by my statement. I would rather have an experienced stoner driving next to me or following me than someone on the phone, eating their lunch, or texting. PERIOD.

I myself,based on my own experience would much rather have alchohal
outlawed than pot.

people who keep drinking always get drunker
people who keep smoking often hit a platue,especially if its thier
regulare supply.

I do know for a fact that at times when you smoke just a few hits of some goo dbud,you can get extra wasted,and cant think worth a crap.

But for the most part,if you are just taking a few hits here and there through out the day.

Its really is simulare to just casually drinking a few drinks throught the day

I see no reason for it to be outlawed and feel the goverment it limiting my
free choice of natural products.

Very few products are as pure as pot

That being said,I have lost the desire to alter my mind by drugs or alchohal

But there is nothing wrong whatsoever with people just cuz they smoke.

The only reason alchohol is legal is people back in the day really enjoyed thier buzz.

So this is just a different buzz,why can one totally natural be bad and the one that leads to more deaths each weekend be good?

Nobody has ever died to my knowledge by pot overdose.
maybe it has happened,but I would have to argue that other drugs and alchohal both lead to more health problems and death than canibus.

sensible words..alcohol is by far the most damaging drug in societal cost..its documented and proven fact..no one should drive intoxicated, thats just common sense..i wonder how many collisions or deaths caused by cellphone use..it sux that the car was hit for sure no one should be behind the wheel when distracted or wasted..no argument
