My truck came with a pair of Power Wheel 550 motors. Are they anything special? If so what are they good for, torque or speed?

Power Wheels motors

I've used one before, I didn't see anything special about it. The performance wasn't bad, but it wasn't memorable either. But you can't go wrong with a free motor. I think it's the gearing in those Power Wheels that makes them so strong, not the motors. If someone else knows something about these motors that I don't, hopefully they'll chime in with some additional info. Hope this helps. "thumbsup"

That's what I sort of thought. I may try them when I get a chance. I was just hoping for some real world experiences.

Along these same lines.....I was thinking about a titan 12 turn in my daughter's 6v power wheels....would love a puller, but I can't drop that kinda coin.....
