prayers needed for my unborn baby

Be with your family as we are with you in our thoughts and prayers. May the sunlight of the spirit shine upon you and yours.

I will pray for your family and your unborn child, have faith and everything will be allright, my wife is also expecting our second child , so i feel for you and all i can say is god is always with you and your family and that little unborned angel.

I know how you feel. Went through some of the same stuff with my ex when the boy came. He was supposed to be twins, thought both were lost, found out at a check up that he was still kicking. Halfway mark the issues started, they gave her the shots to stop the contractions, she also had issues with extra fluid (since it was supposed to be twins). This happened 4 times

The boy was early by a week or so, hair over 7lbs, now 8 years later (today is his bday) he's a tank at 4'6" 100lbs 1st grader thumpin on 3rd graders picking on his older sister.

Only issue we had was some off his baby teeth had low/thin enamel, the doc's told us they thought it was due to the shots they gave the wife. Never could get a definite answer out of any of them.

Good luck to you, your wife, and the kid to be.

thanks guys. alison is now home, and the contractions have stoped. they wanted to keep her in, but she was sent home due to a lack of beds and apparently more urgent cases needing the beds that could be freed up. so she is now on total bed rest

she's read every message you guys have left and says thanks to all of you

So happy to hear they have stopped the contractions. Just take it one day at a time. Be there for each other, and most importantly, keep the communication going.
Rest when you can, and try not to sweat the small stuff that comes with the normal "day to day" life things. Keeping your family in my thoughts. "thumbsup"

i'll give an update when anything happens. hopefully it wont be for at least a month.

i never realised how much she does around the house, but now she's on bed rest i'm running round like an idiot trying to do everything. how do women cope with all the house work, looking after kids, ect...
