Pro-Line TSL Super Swamper

Hell no! This is a rock crawling forum....not a mud bogging forum! The TSL looks perfect!

Yeah and? Proline said they are making a scale tire, not the new official RCC tire.. You think just maybe scalers might go threw mud to?? HELLO :flipoff:

Tire looks to me like it would do pretty good in mud it could use a little more height though..

Easy Jeremy!:ror: Interco tires are all made with mud in mind! That's what they got big for;-) Looks like they saw Pitbull getting in on the action and said screw it!:ror: Ill take a set of both sizes, they look great"thumbsup"

Well of course they are.....that's all them Cajuns have down there! However, for the life of me, I cant figure out what the Thornbird was intended for use as....maybe a trailer tire.....

We already have a "bogger" style tire.....I think the TSL is a perfect addition to the tire lineup. It's a tire that nobody else is making or has come close to.

I doubt that the pitbull introduction has anything to do with it....this tire has probably been in development for quite some time now...

You must have missed what I was responding to. I didnt like the idea of a Bogger....I LOVE this new tire. I am sure it will work great on scalers both mud and rocks.

I love that they are the SX model. They are my favorite tire for the 1:1 rig. I'll be getting some for sure. "thumbsup"

1.9 will be released this Friday. They are smaller than a flat iron and narrower also.

2.2 is still in production. They are trying to get a good size locked down for them. ETA about 3 weeks till release

This info direct from proline "thumbsup"

That's great news, I can't wait to get them! The size kind of disappoints. Corey with RPP said in his thread that the 1.9 was around 4.3" tall but I don't know where that info came from. I like the fact that they are narrower than the Flat Iron. Either way I'll be getting some in 1.9 and quite possibly in 2.2 as well. They're sweet tires. I guess they'll be offered in G8 compound too?

Bummer, too small. If I want a 4" tall tire I will use the 1.55 tires since they look more scale.

I would love to run these tires, hopefully the 2.2's will be big enough.

The guy at proline had it in hand and said it is a little bit smaller than the flatiron.

He also said that the 2.2 may be in the 5.2 range. But that is not set in stone yet he said

RC4WD rock stomper and the SDI trail doctor both look like a TSL to me.

was very excited to see PROLINE was doing another tire as the flat iron is an awesome tire. then to see its the TSL SX2 is even cooler. now to hear that the 1.9 is going to be even smaller than the flat iron is very dissapointing. i want "40s" on my honcho not "31s". lets hope the sizing of the 2.2 is better(no less than 5.25 tall)

Sweet, the 1.9's will be on at least one of my scale rigs. Good work proline!

Then we will have to see. He says they look smaller ?

Well looking and being are 2 diffrent things!
Man I really hope they are the same size or taller, so they are accualy useful on the rocks, I loved my mud thrashers untill I got them on the rocks and the fell into holes and let my axles drag, I like the compound of the flat irons but the sucked on dirt and on loose stuff, the tread on these new ones looks like it will really be a great tire! (If they are tall enough)

Watch it sunshine Texas has a lot more R3dNeck Dale Earnhardt lovin' mudboggers then Louisiana does. :lmao:
