Proline XL tires on SSD beadlocks

After hearing of some horror stories about mounting Proline tires on non-proline wheels I had some trepidation when I ordered my Proline BFG Krawlers. I gotta say this was the easiest tire I have ever mounted. I don't know if Proline changed the design of the bead on their tires or the SSD wheels are just that good but it was zero hassle. Just a heads up.

I think SSD puts the Proline disclaimer on their wheels as a CYA. They offer different size rings to make the mounting easier, but I agree that Proline tires mount just fine to these great wheels.

SSD's Proline-specific rings are for their 2.2 wheels only. Their 1.9 wheels will mount to nearly any tire, if not any tire.
