I a bunch of other rc's to play with
This is a show car for me :D

Im not good in painting
So my plan is to use plasti dip matte finish
Black inside and yellow on the outside :D
That should match with everything i planning on getting for this kit
Im also planning on making a big table and turn it in to a scale parking stalls hahahha

Have you tired out the tires yet? I'm going to get shorter links and make my SCX10 a D90, and I was thinking about getting Dirt Grabbers. Thanks "thumbsup"

Not bad. I have the same SCX10. I'll probably get the tires anyways, just for scale looks. Then throw on the MudSlingers or TTC claws when I don't care about scale driving... Thanks for the input though. I'm not sure how wide of a 1.9 you can get, but you can get taller ones. My TTC claws are 4.75" tall and just over an inch wide. I think all of the RC4WD 4.75" tires have those dimensions, if you're fine with a tall tire (this might not be a good idea though, as there might be a lot of body rub and you'll probably have to cut the body up)

I dont know about the tires yet
Im afraid to hacked this body lol

Floor pan is to short for this d110
Since this body is made from 2 d90 body
So i came up with the idea of using 2 d90 floorpan

First floor pan cut it behind the front seats

Second floor pan cut off the front where the firewall is (next to the motor )
And just glued it together
Nihm battery have enough space under those seats :D

Nihm battery under the seat

As for the paint
I wish i can paint like that lol
Im sucked at painting
Everytime i move up my paint the old paint turn dull again lol

So im thinking of using plasti dip spray can
Yellow and black

Spray in very light coats. Go over one section of the body, go very lightly. Go in long strokes and completely cross the shell. If you stop spraying in the middle of the body, the paint will pool up, which will not look very scale...

This video applies the same for hard bodies like the Defender 110, but make sure to use PLASTIC paint, and NOT lexan/polycarbonate paint. Plastic paint does not adhere to polycarbonate and polycarbonate paint does not adhere to plastic.

Hope this helps! I'm about to order my D90 kit, just waiting on about $30...
