Well, after a few years pick and shovel trying to get one of the two loose chassis of this very exclusive version of Rcmodelex that I asked for two friends, one of them is still in process and has passed through the hands of other bend work of frind and this one I have finally managed to buy it, along with all the material in the photos, gear head rims ,1.55 tires, pitbull tires... two hpi planetary reduct , mirrors and rubber snorkel rcmodelex etc etc, all brand new, he even gave me the threaded rod and aluminum tube for make the links… tamiya cabin with rc4wd bed…. Well I leave the photos and you know … soon and little by little the progress:

Come on , little by little , it all adds up , for the time being a few small scale screws for the Gear Head .

And now , the most tedious task , at least for me , of this project . Although I will take an rc4wd cabin, because this one from tamiya looks like a colander, there are now no Marlin version beds, so I have to cut and paste, since it is not the first thing I do, I already know what to do and what not to do, Let's see if it's better than the last one hehehehehe

I have taken advantage of the weekend to do things, test suspension, make links and other things, to see if what is missing is coming and I continue with the bodyworka

With the material I have , I am doing what I can hehehe any progress is good , even if it does not follow the logical order hahahaha

Electronics on your site, as I have links made that there does not bother me

And some internal wheel arches , the rear ones finished , the front ones I have the molds made , I am missing the plastic I know I have run out

The front ones are already drying

Nice work FREEDOM!"thumbsup"

Great job on the inner fenders and the bed bob!

Don’t know how I missed this, looks damn good [emoji1303]

More parts have arrived, for now I have been able to adjust front links including panhard and its support.
Definitely, I will put smaller tires, it will go very low and with Currie axles, with the pitbulls it rubs when going wider than with yota axles.

I already have the right tires, on Monday they were sent by FANATIC and on Thursday they delivered the package to me in Spain, excellent as always

Comparing with 1.9 Krawlers

Finally mount 90mm incisions, placed vanquish vs4 shock towers on rear so that they can fit in and cut the box, I will have to hide it with something hehehe. Now yes , ready for paint

Sweets are arriving, a couple of packages are still missing to finish with the wheels that will lead to the end:

The quality of the screws and the aluminum and its machining are excellent, but with the price they have and seeing the rest of the manufacturers, putting plastic rims seems like a shitty thing to me :x, it happens to me like with the Vanquish KIT rims.. At €1000 they could put some alu's really...

I am waiting for the IFR, the tool and the tires

I get it, and you’re not the only one that’s less than stoked about the molded clamping rings.

Knowing that it was either molded clamping rings, or price increase, I’m glad they went that route.

It’s already expensive enough for the wheel set, slw hubs, scale hardware, ifr ring, etc etc

Good choice though, the tanks are a sick wheel!

Without a doubt, delighted with the rims, they are my first Vanquish, although I think the last ones too, for this price, better a gear head, reefs, cnc customs or spec-rc ... all aluminium, in addition to the Vanquish distributors in Spain inflate prices
