Heres a few shots of my Boom Racing BRX01 that I finished just in time for Beat The Creek. Chassis is basically stock except a Boom Racing rear leaf spring conversion. I had to do that to support the weight of the styrene bed and other accessories I had planned for it. The wheels are the kit 1.55 16 hole steelies wrapped in Boom Racing tires. 1080 ESC with a Holmes Hobbies Crawlmaster 35t and Savox Servo. The solar panels on the roof of the bed are actual real solar panels from the little cheap lawn lights found at walmart. I built a styrene mount for them with dollhouse hinges so they can be elevated to face into the sun. They are not actually hooked up as their output would be to low to actually run anything. From time of purchase to calling it done was just shy of one year and five months. It was definitely a fun, time consuming and sometime pain in my rear build. Enjoy the pics and thanks for looking.

Wow, I love what you’ve built here. I’ve been thinking how much I’d like to build an LC or similar with a canopy. This looks really great! The ARB awning is a cool touch.

This is inspiring but geeze... you're setting the bar pretty damned high. Colors, details, and clean execution of ideas flow seamlessly. Congratulations on the completion.
