4'x4' utility trailer??

NH northern??

Yah i thought of that but most of them dont have leaf springs, i cant ever find one with them

how about removing leaves from a set of old CJ-2a, 3a, 3b, MB or m38 springs. or tractor supply has some trailer parts?

why not use some coils from a light coil over setup and if needed heat them to make them softer. Or better yet go with airshocks.... or I have seen buggy guys use front forks from like an 85cc dirt bike

i would go coils. Much easier.

Yah that would b alot flexier, but the axles im runnin are hard to mount stuff on- i went to tsc i got some half ton springs- way to stiff!

If i did coil overs i would have to do a 3 or 4 link and my axles are made of aluminum i cant weld that, but if i did leaf springs it would only be 4 bolts on the axle, i am using a stock lawnmower frame and is hard to find mounting points on it, i also have really beefy aluminum axles of of a rear steer lawnmower for the front and a stocker turned upright for the rear running drive shafts to a home made transfer case like a tamiya f250 in a way;-)

Check:

27" long 1500lbs load rating but...
Remove one or two of the leafs from the pack and you should have a very nice setup.

They are very flexy and should work PERFECT for what your after.

...Also, you could build
brackets that fit around the aluminum axle to hold the links for a four link.

I don't know what your working with so I could be wrong.

Golfcart leafs are short, stiff, and won't flex much.

GOOD LUCK!

I want pics damnit! 8)

I saw a guy on youtube do this, search up rock crawling go-cart and look for a guy sitting on a black framed...thing.

go with the front leafs of an old snowmobile i did it with a friend of mine with a custom made gokart type deal thingy
