Trailing arms may have to be custom made for this application.

Crawfish N Crawlers Gtg

Nice work good looking ulta you can you didn't just throw parts at it you did some thinking first "thumbsup""thumbsup""thumbsup""thumbsup""thumbsup"

How much of a beating do the bodies get in this application? Do the graphics hold up as well? Looking good, makes me want to build one. I just don't know jack about the 4x4 crawler program, or where to even begin.

The panels/skinz hold up pretty well.
Ive been running skinz on my g6 jk for a year or more now and its been thru several G6's and gtg and trail runs. Its starting to wear in places but not really that bad.

Start with a Axial platform..scx or wraith and go from there. "thumbsup"

Is it the Axial platform because that is what most, if not all, the aftermarket parts are based off of? My first 4wd rig will be a chase truck, 1/8 scale, not really a crawler. That would get my feet wet with the solid axle 4x4 program. My crawler build would be 4 wheel independent suspension via leading/trailing arms, with a cage along the line of what you have with a really wild aluminum body. Its just really cool to see what the "true" competitors are building and how you are willing to share that info with others. As for me, I'm gaining incredible insight and getting an education at the same time. Seems to generate a whole lot of "why?" questions..... :)
