I just purchased a new Savox 1270 servo for my XR10. After hooking it up I ran 2 packs with it and on my second pack the steering stopped. I have forward and reverse and power to the servo but when I turn the wheel the servo will not. I put a fully charged pack in it and still nothing. I had another rx SR410 laying around so I swapped that out and still nothing. Any ideas?

My current setup is:
2 HH TMS 540 35t motors
Holmes TorqueMaster BR Mini Dual
CC BEC
Savox sv1270tg
Spektrum SR410 receiver
Spektrum DX4S
Turnigy 3C Nan-Tech 350mAh 65-130c

Hmm that's strange, I have 5 servos that are similar (Sa-1270sg)..what voltage is your BEC set at? I'm assuming you're battery is a 3s?? If so then you could bump the BEC voltage up to 7.4v (if you haven't already). I couldn't see anything wrong with the gears yet (since there titanium) or it may just be a fault from the factory. But yeah if it was me then I'd check the voltage on the BEC and go from there. You may want to send it back from the place you bought it from cause after your warranty is up..you'll have to send it overseas for repair. Or...
It could have something to do with the radio itself. Maybe the expo is set to low..that could be possible if you haven't check it...but I'm not too sure on the radio having something to do with it.

Thanks for the reply, yes it is a 3s, I had a type in my list. I have my BEC set to 7, I might change it to 7.4 but I dont think that would make a difference. When I swapped out the rx I put the radio on a different channel so I would have all default settings. I was really hoping it wasn't the servo its self I have a point series this Sunday . I think tonight I will pull everything apart and double check all my solder joints. fingers crossed
