Does anyone have one? I'm thinking of building one similar to the one hulk built awhile back. I want to run brushless for all out speed with a parma toyota body. Post pics here if you have any.

Man I wish I lived closer to you. I would love to build one of these rigs and go out bashing with guys that have similar rigs.

I glad you don't, I heard Dirks wife still has'nt gotten rid of the "rash".

Next to where we are building our house is 300 yards of rutted sandy dirt down a power line. Looks pretty cool for tearing some stuff up.

That 2nd body you posted is absolutely wild. Awesome find, if you can find one for sale. I wanted to do up a desert truggy using my 1/8th buggy as a base, but the motor took a dump-o so that idea got thrown out because a new motor is $$. Good luck, and keep us informed!@

You heard about that too?

I was going to use this body also. I don't think you can find a better looking prerunner body!

Tower stocks it.

why dont u just convert it to an electirc..?? it would be way cheaper than a whole new nitro motor..

braceysdad,

What chassis and drivetrain do you plan on using? Damn you for bringing up this idea in my head again!

Badger, I'm not sure. I bought an all alum stampede and a Novak brushless motor. I'ts way fast, for me. That's wher the idea came up. I've been watching some old Score videos and got the bug.

I was thinking something on the lines of a 4WD with a wide trackwidth for stability and a brushless setup for power, a low ride height with some good travel. I wonder if they make 1/8 scale buggies electric?

Would tlt axles hold up for brushless? Also in a speed rig would it be wise to lock front and rear diffs or only rear. A narrowed up 1/8 scale would be bad. I wish I had a junk buggy to play with.
