i have a sidewinder in my crawler and it works perfectly.
but i also use it for my slash (2 recievers), and everytime i want to use my slash i have to set the limits for my throttle w/ the esc. even just turning off and on i have to re-set everything. never have to do it with my crawler.

is there something that i can do to prevent this? its kind of annoying.

-thanks

try swapping both the ESC and the Rx, that might work.

really, if setting the limits annoys you that bad, buy another ESC

I have a boat that needs to have the limits set EVERY TIME the ESC is turned on and I don't mind it.

its not that bad. if i have to do it i will. just seems strange. is that normal when using one radio w/ 2 different rx? each sidewinder should remember the settings (like it does with my crawler), right?

Yes, that is normal. I too use a sidewinder in my crawler and in my 1/10 buggy. Not only do I have to set the limits every time but i have to plug it in to the computer to change from brushed to brushless.

I don't mind it, after you do it a couple times it only takes a couple seconds to do.

well turns out that my second receiver can take up to 30seconds to bind. i was just being impatient i guess.
i wait, and it works great now.
