Thats what I am talking bout!
Bravo, you did a hell of a clean job on that tire. "thumbsup"
Nice work Joel. I really need to get a set of these tires and cut them up for myself since I really didn't want to mess with them in stock form.
Franken-voodoo. Great skills as always."thumbsup"
So do you want to go crawling this weekend?
Stop padding your thread count
Fantastic cut n shut work. Way too much work for my last ass though:ror:
Damn your like a freakin magician:shock: Great work man"thumbsup"Later,Farmer
Joel, press is pretty darn awesome. Are u gluing the side edge to side edge and then the outers or just the outers? With the aka we spoke about you can glue edge to edge and have an incredibly strong bond and no glue residue on the outside. Very jealous of the cutter! U should make a 1.9 flavor![]()
Glad you found something new to tinker with Joel. I know how antsy you get when you have no screws to turn or parts to cut. If you get REALLY bored...Im willing to bet you'd have a STACK-O-DOOS on yer front porch by morning...mine included  You are truly the RC mad scientist & a talented one at that. Nice work Dago! JD

i would definitely send mine for sure , great job and very jealous "thumbsup"
Nothing to say that others have'nt already, but top work. Very clean. What did you use to cut so clean with?. It looks like a very consistant cut.
Nice work Joel! Make sure you run a thick bead of glue on the inside of the seam (inside the tire). That will help keep them from pulling apart...
Build a bunch of jigs. Get a blue star. Sell them. It won't be long before you'd be in the big leagues living in that 3 bedroom deluxe apartment in the sky. Movin on up to the top. (Jeffersons theme):ror:
Very clean work"thumbsup"

I'm not sure what you are asking regarding the edge to edge part. One more time please. I'm sure the residue will wear off in short order. 1.9 would be cool. I'll put it on the to do list. Not for me though.
Darn internet jiberish making things unclear  My ghetto picture should make sense.

I call that a "butt joint"...probably wrong, but that's what I call it. Either way, those alone don't hold up too well when making tires.
