SteveC6R’s Bulletproof & Option Guide for the Yeti

The shock adjuster is exactly what I was wanting and those uni's! :ror:"thumbsup" Glad I haven't went with the yetix kit yet.

Finally!

Glad VP stepped up to the plate to fix up the front end.

ETA: That shock adjuster is a great idea as well. Better clearance, and should stiffen up the front a bit more without ponying up for additional springs. It's a win-win for Yeti owners. Kyle @ UCFAB did a similar setup with my cage, which just goes to show that great minds (UCFAB & VP) think alike.

Curious to see the vp dogbones/universals. I'll buy in a heartbeat!

and the shock adjuster will be a tight fit, there is not much room on the top of the front shock near the cage/body...

That's why it's the shape it is. Moves the shocks to the outside of the cage.

Looks like it also moves the shocks forward for more CV/bone clearance. I want.

The tower relocate is the perfect fix with Dlux/ofna setup for more spring options that now will clear ofna shafts!!! Very nice"thumbsup"

Hmmm, those driveshafts look pretty far into the outdrives for the suspension being at full or nearly full extension. They certainly look like they will bottom out on the outdrive before the shocks like the Axial universals. I assume Vanquish would not just crank out XVDs without correcting this problem.

So in that pic I see new shock mount, shock mount extension thing, shafts, steering arms/bell crank thingies/servo saver lockout. You guys see anything else? Maybe a motor mount but I think that's the stock one.

My shock tower is waiting at home and shock relocator on the way.
