Szczerba's #3744 Jeepspeed Cherokee

Please explain.

"Scale Horsepower" only one way to think about it!"

monkeyracer gave a great explanation :)

I have looked at the MIPs
Pistons too. They have direct drop in's for the losi 4" crawler shocks. The RPMs take some time to get fit into the BB's. Ive done two full sets and it's worth the time for go fast-ish/trail rigs.

I think RPM's are sized for Traxxas standard shocks, which actually have a larger "bore" than Traxxas's Big Bore shocks, lol.

Correct. I install the pistons on the shock shafts as normal. Some light sanding of eclips is sometimes needed
To get the pistons to seat around the clips. Then i just sand down the pistons with my dremel and a sanding drum. Takes about 10minutes per shock to get the pistons to the correct diameter.

Nope. I ran it at ECSC in Class 2 just to have fun and in the King of Rose there too. I think i ended up 44th in C2 but where this rig shines is on the trail, I hoofed it to 5th place on the KoR.

What did you use for the panhard mount on frame? Great build btw"thumbsup"

Thanks, its the VP mount, pictured back on page two or three.

The stock VP panhard mount works but really it could be extended further down and out. I am getting some axle swing but not enough to worry about. This is due to the SCX-HR frame rails at the shock mount points being moved up a 1/2"

On a side note, these this tire/foam setup really works with this rig too.

one of my favorite combos. i love a pliable foam.
for off camber corners, those claws like to be run backwards;-)

If you look down the hill behind the jeep, I drove up the whole section. Slick and loose rocks. I was surprised by these tires, as I have never ran them. Eddie at CI gave me a few foam setups to play with and the first set he had in the tires works great.
