I already have a hotwire but can't remeber if it comes with a disc or do I have to download the program from their site?

The reason I ask is because my computer that had all my info died and now Im trying to load things on to my new Laptop.

The disk has old software, just download the newest online as tltman12 posts.

went to tekins website and tried to download the software when i click on the link the screen says service unavailable.... what do i do?
