The unofficial official axial portal buggy.

 sporty maybe, but not in pro.

Medic is rcsparks old screen name. He used to be a club dj that went by dj medic.

LOL I didn't watch the video. I just noticed the Facebook profile picture is the same as the logo on the video.

I guess FedEx just didn't feel like delivering mine today. It's been less than an hour away from my house since 7:30AM this morning. Not the first FedEx issue I've had though. In another case they claimed nobody was home to sign for the package. Got home and no delivery attempt slip was on the door.

Ok, this nOOb had got to ask (since my familiarity is work off-road clay track racing), would it be better to stock work the 1.9 wheels/tires, or go with 2.2s?

There are no stock tires. It comes with 1.9 wheels only.

I don't think you need the additional ground clearance offered by 2.2's since this rig has extra ground clearance from the portal axles.

Having a issue putting these rear portals together. Have a small gap. Can’t get the portal caps on?? Anybody else having an issue. Front went together like butter.

I know it doesn't include tires. I was simply asking whether it would be better to stock with 1.9 wheels/tires, or "upgrade" to 2.2 wheels/tires. With either case (1.9 or 2.2), I was also asking whether it's better to use plastic, or aluminum, wheels.

I think running a 4.75 inch tire like the Hyrax along with the additional clearance of the portals should be more than adequate.

As for wheels, I’m going aluminum on the Capra.

Depends on the tires. I'll probably run either 4.7" 1.9's on 2.2 wheels or 5.4" 2.2's depending on how things shake out.

Odds are I'll put ar44's under it and use the axles under something else anyway.
