I know using a proper tire glue is best, but with no lhs within an hour drive what would you use in a pinch? It's not on a crawler. The paddles on my mini-t spin on the rims when I play in the snow.
(in fact, many people I know prefer to use the standard super glue over the propper stuff, I use the glue myself, but you may find you like it "thumbsup")
