Yes, lets speak of ignorance. How many of these servos have you owned?

Not necessarily just some nerd with a webcam (seriously, does everyone on this site insult those who disagree with them?)... He mentioned how that model of servo had been cloned multiple times by multiple different companies. I'd believe it, and wouldn't be surprised if the ones in the Ebay ad are "clones of clones" (how he worded it) or just as bad as he made it sound. For 17 bucks for for, may be worth the gamble... I'd probably jump on it if I had more 2.2 trucks.
As much as I dislike "Jang" I think he's pretty fair in his reviews, and doesn't beat up on "cheapie" products just because they're not name brand.
Speaking of ignorance, your post is a shining example... Your little sampling of these clones obviously does not speak for all of them. How many different manufacturers are yours from? Do you know? If there's a bunch of different manufacturers producing these things, and they're all rip offs of each other, the quality is going to be hit and miss, and could very well be as junky as he described his to be.
Relevant analogy: none of my Xbox 360's have ever had the RRoD, therefore everyone else who's received a POS product must be full of shit, right? Here's another one for you: my grandmother's 2009 Toyota Camry never had any issues with unintended acceleration. Therefore everyone else = full of shit?
I'm taking the time to point out to you how ignorant your own line of logic is by attempting to throw insults because someone's experience with a product (which may or may not be identical) differs from yours and assuming that your copies are the same as his copies and that there is no varying quality between Chinese knockoffs. You can choose to fix that, or you can choose to continue being an ignoramus. :lmao:
I'm not the one saying they're good or bad. I'm saying they might be worth the risk. They could be great, or they could be horrible. Mixed reviews thus far, and with such a supposedly cloned servo you might get a bad batch. Not ignorant at all. ;-)
I would say yes, but them, but not from there. Several of our vendors carry TP servos, and for the price they are a decent unit.
So unlike those of us that have or do actually own one or more of these, you have no real world experience with them?
I don't think the OP is looking for opinions from those who've only seen online reviews...
becuase they're from hong kong. they're cheap, and they will break after one run
I'm laughing here guys.. Stop fighting !!
I just put ANOTHER hour beating on my Towerpro 995 running 7volts.. Mine has been tough... I bought it for $10.75 with free shipping from Deal Extreme..
Real world opinion, they are not junk from Hong Kong.. Yes they are cheaply made and not high quality.. But for $10.75.. ??? It's a no brainer.. Lol

Your TowerPro 995 is not what is listed in the OP. They are unmarked and only say MG995, and are not listed as such. Your recommendation that these unmarked servos are good because your TowerPro is makes no sense, though perhaps an actual TowerPro is a better choice?
