Traxxas Xl5 on safari

I did a search but all the gear talked and motor confused me I'm going brushless in my slash and now have a extra xl5 with lvc because I am running 2s lipo and its water proof will it cause an over heating issue to run it in my other wise stock safari 35t 550 motor is anyone runing this esc thank you for the help

That esc will have no problem, I have one I keep around for a back up.
