TXRCO Comp #6 - Broken Dawg Mini Baja - May 25th

so I asume all nobes are welcome? I would love to get some practice in on a real course. Plus my birthday is on the 26th...ha! besides I am not realy intrested in competing just some practice and to se other driving styles. looks like a fun course though I am not such a fan of water since my rustler went into galveston (was recovered).

Of course all are welcome. We also encourage everyone to compete. It's a very friendly environment.

sounds good. I will plan on being there. Also some one said "bring drinks", am I to asume this will be a non-alcohalic event. makes no real differance to me just want to show up with what is kosher. I figured hambugers and a beer on a hot sunny day would be pretty sweet. hope to have all my hop up parts on by then. just ordered all the hard links and next paycheck I will be upgrading the servo!!! YEAH!!

Yeah, I wondered if the Beer was gonna be root or not. :D Not much of a drinker.... but other's drinking may help me :D

EDIT: anyone mastered 1 handed R/C driving? :D

I'll definately be in for some Rally driving.... but I don't think the TC3 has the clearance for your 1.9 course. I mean, it IS a road car... Motor hanging out the bottom, and bumper/chassis sticking out front and rear.

Our events are family events so it's generally considered Non-Alcoholic and we try to keep the cursing to a minimum especially in the Public Parks. But the House is an Alcohol free zone. So Root Beer or SUNKIST. "thumbsup"

All noobs are welcome, don't worry we run a very non-pressure comp and will help with driving tips, parts and setup whenever we can.

The Comp course has a very minor water crossing, 5"s wide 1/2" deep. The trench is for the 2.2 Modified class and will only be an inch deep, if it rains well than things get deep back there.

is there a spot for smokers in the back or no smoking is inforced?

Smoking is fine, we don't smoke or drink any longer but her parents still smoke and we don't mind it outside. There will be an ash tray.

Yeah, that's my take on it. Although, I'll be running BFGs on my touring car with an upper 20's turn stock motor. The course looks pretty tight, so no 16t, but definatly more open than the 65t can handle:lol:

Here's my rally for the comp.
