I’ve wanted to build a 1.9 ultra car for quite some time now and I’m ready to get started. First, I thought we’d have some fun with it.


What kind of fun you ask? Well, I want to leave it up to you all to decide what I build.


Starting today, everyone is invited to post a pic of an ultra car that you would like to see built.


A week from today, Sunday 6/15/14 at 5pm MST, pic submission will close. At that time, I will narrow it down to five entries and from there a winning pic will be chosen. Once we have a winning pic, the build will begin."thumbsup"


To sweeten the deal, the winner will receive one Dlux Universal Carbon Sway bar
As well as a code for one set of VOODOO tires!!!

SCX axles with HD OD and UD gears
Dlux v2 brass knuckles with Ofna 70* steering u joints
Dlux brass hubs

Dlux spun down bigbore shocks with no preload spring cups
Wraith trans with Hd gears
Junfac carbon steel driveshafts
Team BROOD motor.

Cool concept for a build and nice parts. "thumbsup" Edit, your parts list may not really jive with the chassis I posted.

Gotta say, this Ranger really does it for me personally. Not really sure what series it's actually contending in, but one of my faves. Been trying to find more info on the truck myself, but it looks to be built by Those Guys Rod and Custom. About all I've found so far. Now, to find a Ranger'ish front clip...
