From that pic, I'd say so - everything else is HPI.

hmmm looks interesting. like a hollowed out masher but it looks like it might have some lug fold over. wheels aren't very exciting. unless their price is a good deal then they aren't much different from an axial.

Looks like a nice taller tire.
cool to see another tire and beadlock option, but why does everyone with plastic wheels use such small hardware? Why can't they step it up to m3 or at least m2.5 hardware?
I agree, and why not come up with another wheel design. The HPI Beadlocks look like the other peoples, Not exact but close enough for me not to need them.

with as much luck and reliability I have had with other hpi products throughout my rc career, Tell the bandwagon to slow down I gotta jump on! Wheels look kinda bland but I'm definattly digging those tires!

when i was feeling them at the show they were vary soft. the tires seemed to feel really thin.
When i was at the show today. I asked a HPI representative if these were from them. And he said yes, That the Beadlocks are going to come out soon. But he did not tell me a release date. And the tires, he said they are still tweaking on them tring to find the right thread pattern and the compound. The tires were very soft when i touched them.
