What did you do to/with your Ascender today

I've added a few items to the Bronco recently. Really enjoying the short wheelbase.

Mods on it as of now include a set of Gmade SR02 steel beadlocks with the Vaterra TSL's, RC4WD rock sliders, Wertymade WM31 front bumper, Scalerfab 215mm rear bumper, RC4WD Baja Squadron lights on the bumper, Vanquish 5" lightbar, YeaRaing led strings for the body lights, SpareTimeHobbies 3D printed tail light lenses and buckets, Castle 10A BEC, 3s 800mAh battery for the lightbar and bumper lights.

Items to be added soon are a Savox SA1230MG (have one on my TRX4 and at 500 oz/in it's a beast) but the stocker is still working fine. As for tires, undecided...Pitbull Rock Beasts, Proline Hyrax or BFG Krawlers. Beeftubes axle sets or a set of the Codyboy axles.

Enough rambling, on to the pics.

And made redneck dual stage foams...

Not as squishy....

Ignore the green wheels, they were on the top of the pile...

They are not Red Neck! I have been using hole saws for years to make my own closed cell foams. The foam you can find in the garden kneeling pads work great! I fine most of mine at Goodwill for usually .50 to a dollar. So good job stepping out of the box a little! "thumbsup"

Lol, mine are redneck cuz I saved all this foam from something just in case I needed it for something;)

I use it for battery spacers and I made floats to make my Slash 4x4 buoyant when skimming a water puddle...

I'm going to install new strc aluminum shocks and integy motor. Got the motor cheap, iv searched but can't find much info on it. Has anyone else tried it. It's a 35t

Nice! I don't know how they are currently, but I still have my original Integy 35T motor that was in my first crawler with TLT axles and Stampeded tranny! Runs, but needs commutator cut. "thumbsup"

Sounds good, I didn't really need a new motor it was sitting there and cheap so why not

#55 drill bit which is .052 inches. I bought a cheap set from harbor freight years ago and still had in my box. I think I paid $10 for them.

I got mine from banggood for about $130. Its an Anet A8. It's a Chinese knock-off kit. Seems to work decent for what it is, plenty of easy upgrades available if you like to tinker, many of which you can print yourself on your own printer which I get a kick out of...too bad our trucks didn't upgrade as we drive them more lol.

Was hanging out at my local Hobbytown and spotted the SSD heavy brass knuckles in the display case, needless to say I picked them up. The fit and finish is top notch just like the 2 pairs I just put on my TRX4. At 80 grams each along with the Gmade steelies there is more than enough weight up front, I'm hoping that SSD will off a brass rear lockout in the same finish soon.

anyways here are some pics.

And the next generation starts, another sponsored driver for Uncle or Grandpa Ernie???

I have given him and his brother a trophy truck to tear up. I have another to give them at Christmas. I don't think crawling is their style yet.
