Managed to break my kludged together rear driveshaft (sheet metal and epoxy can only do so much). On the plus side, the new one i ordered as well as the lurc winch I won and bumper I bought will arrive tomorrow! Perfect timing.

After weeks of reading and confusion, finally made up my mind and ordered a Rubicon RTR. Plans are to run it bone stock until I learn a lot more. I haven't run an rc anything in 10+ years.

Got a couple good runs in, and doing extremely better than I thought. These things actually do pretty good right out of the box. Tomorrow I'm going to raise up my front bumper and relocate the battery to the front. Also have a driver to cut down and install when I get the time.

still tweaking my CMS setup but i think it's about done

I had made an aluminum plate but my measurements were off and broke a screw off in it, so it's scrapped.

So i used the shock tower mount with the legs trimmed off to mount the servo plate to the front end

Also spent Saturday at work in the shop. Not my prettiest work, but i just wanted to know if it all fit. I might machine out new components in the future, but they work as is

Upper link mount for the front as well as panhard setup

I am getting maybe 1/16" compression (only if both fronts are fully stuffed) of travel limited by the panhard hitting the axle, but i'll live with it for now, but may try to put a bend in it

Installed a winch I had laying around, proceeded to kill it in five minutes and then built a servo winch. time to fab up a mount and see how fast i can break this one lol

threw a driver in the jeep lowered the front of the body, fixed servo mount, added a scale coke can in drink holder in interior made a scale tow strap. waiting on ccbec and bumpers to arrive so i can mount my winch

Don't have my SCX10 yet (opening it tomorrow) but I just ordered the Axial aluminum steering upgrade and the Axial 25t servo horn. Ordered new foams and an upgraded servo bearing yesterday. Will be ordering the Vanquish 4-link conversion kit in a few days

New KMS servo winch showed up today."thumbsup"
