Been looking to upgrade my everyday carry supplies. I am a apartment maintenance man and use this stuff everyday.

I know it's nothing fancy but will be upgrading soon to a Leatherman surge and a skinth pouch.

Buck knife (a present from my wife)
Gerber crucial (from my father in law)
Milwaukee box cutter

So what do you guys carry? Any preppers out there what's your set up?

I carry a smaller pocket knife with a giant 2 1/2" blade that stays in my pocket and a Leatherman wave stays in the semi since I'm in it more often than not.

Usually a fairly simple carry for me. Keys, wallet, phone, and a Gerber mini-swagger knife. I've been thinking of adding a small flashlight to that, but I haven't decided yet. I hate having a ton of stuff in my pockets.

Check out some of skinth pouches they have some that are real basic and slim but will hold flash lights pens and pocket knives

One my person; either a Benchmade mini grip, or a Spyderco Delica Emerson opener, Fousevens quark AA running a 14500 lithium cell, wallet, keys, sunglasses, and phone. Possibly CC'ing one of the handguns depending on where I'm headed.

In my backpack; Leatherman MUT with extension and two cards of various bits, Zebralight SC600 MKII or Foursevens Quark QPL frankenlight, eyeglasses, powerbank for the cell phone, rain jacket, and ID badge.

Curtiss F3 Knife and Ruger LCP gen 2. The knife has since been colorized. It;s odd the knife cost a good bit more than the gun...

I use to carry a leathman MUT when I was an armorer and used it every day. Now I just carry a kershaw leek which mostly opens boxes and pretends to be a screw driver sometimes. I'm considering just moving to a folding box cutter over a knife. Besides that just my keys and wallet. I don't like stuff in my pockets.

I live in WY. I don't have to declare that I'm carrying. Just a cheap Sigma, anyway.

This, although it's more use worn and after the slide for the box cutter blade broke, I replaced it with one from a normal one, which now allows both blades to be opened at the same time. Since I work retail, it does get used regularly, I'll even use long blade when needed.

That's cool man I was looking at one of them the other day.

Thanks, I think I've had it for almost 17 years now (IIRC, it was bought a few months after I bought my XJ), it's been $30 well spent for the use I've gotten out of it"thumbsup"

Nice thread! I'll post when I gather my rotation of edc's..
Favorite, long time, edc is a Microtech Kestrel, SOG powerlock in a custom compression fit sheath I designed, lighter, phone, and a Glock 26(when out hiking)

But many many more knife's in the rotation.

One of these. Great little knife. I put Japanese Ofna blades in mine and if it gets blunt you just
snap the end off. I use it all day, everyday. Trimming gaskets, cutting Orings, cutting
thick rubber, opening boxes, whatever.

Mine has been hammered for a few years and gone through boxes of blades. Haven't had a drama with it yet.

Today was my Bradley Mayhem..
