Wheel nuts constantly loosening

I solved this prob on my little monster with high quality A4 serrated nylock's 25pcs 5$. And if they get loose i replace them.8)

Does it still count as resurrecting when it's your own thread? Anyway, I seem to have alleviated my problem considerable by making myself some plastic bushings/spacers to squish between the wheel nuts and the metal incision hubs. I took a small section of 1/4" rigid riser tubing for drip irrigation, and drilled out the center to clear an m4 thread, then cut four 1/4" long sections. So far, a small amount of loosening has occurred, but the two problem wheels are still tight.
