Wheelbase question

Track width is how wide the rig is. Some measure it from the center of the left tire to the center of the right tire. Some measure from the outside of left to the outside of the right. I believe the official crawler rules specify track width from the outside to outside of the left and right tires.

Wheelbase is essentially the length of the rig; measured from the center of the front wheelnut to the center of the rear wheelnut.

Hope that helps...

wheel base is how far apart the axils are from each outer...track width is how wide the axils are...

to determaine wheelbase, measure axil to axil

Go with post 2. Center of wheelnut to center of wheelnut. Not axle to axle, for wheelbase. And outside of tire to outside of tire for track width.
Why Foodstamp would even bother to post wrong info and not even know how to spell axle is beyond me.

im still wondering why i said axil to axil, gosh how thing dont come out right......but ya, thats what i meant to say

and to check if your axils are tracking straight, get a tape measure, and measure the wheel nut to the opposit wheelnut......so your going in a X pattern
