I was just wondering if anyone here has any experience with the Topcad Wraith steel outer cage from Asiatees? If so would you recommend it? If you wouldn't recommend it then any other options? I would really like to have a metal cage and would rather buy it than fabricate it myself. I could fabricate it as I am a welder but I really don't have time. Thanks!
Cole

Maybe ,,,,But they look sweet ,,,no body mounting plates and you need to trim the interior ,,But they look sweet especially with a Pro line Ford Bronco body ,,,LOL ,,,I like mine ,,,,,

That cage doesn't look bad at all.
Welds could be better ,,I had to take the front top bracket off to get the body down or sit right ,Theres always some modifying to every build

How did you mount the body without body mounting plates, as I wanted to use the Carter Fab aluminum body plates?

Do you know if they offer it in aluminum or just the steel?

.

I like the Velcro idea.

I'd give my left nut for that winch

Thats a new one that iam testing ,,Its non-free spool and very fast ..Its a K3 SW 220 .Using Heyok's new 4amp relay winch controller with a auto resettable fuse ..No more breaking gears or shafts ,,I call it the Yellow Jacket ,,

The winch spools out very quickly and lifts 50+lbs ,,Robert,,

I was wondering I thought it looked like savox colors. I've watched a lot of your bids and seen your winches in action. The work awesome.

Thinking about putting one in the back my 1:1 to load deer and elk :)

You have a extra set of Wraith axles ,,,Dont know if winch will lift a deer tho,,,Have a Yamaha Grizzly with 2500lb warn winch to do that ,,This year was great for us two elk in two days ,,yea

Oh no on the savox , dont want to use them last one got my hide on it ,,It up in Colorado some where ....

Derp, i cant read

Any issues with these cages? Cant beat the price.

The welds aren't the best looking .Its not piled on there like a bird turd ,,they are like half welds on some of the joints just one side welded the other side you can see the end of the solid rod ,,I really leaned on the bare chassis, tryin to separate the chassis, but no poping or flex,,I think it will be fine ,,,For bashing on the rock garden in my neighbors back yard,,
Robert,,,

Well I took the plunge, pretty cheap. I dont see any tabs for body mounts, or much else for that matter. Which proline body did you use, and are there other shells that fit, with or without modifications?
