nice build "thumbsup""thumbsup""thumbsup"

but it looks like you got the chassie backwards or is it just me

Yup, chassis is backwards. The longer tail of the chassis goes in the rear. The single body post should go right into the dimple on the roof of the body above the windshield.

Also, it looks like you might need to clock your axles a little. The motors are hanging too low or at least from what I can see in the pics.

Looks cool man. I'm trying to figure out what's going on with thoes body mounts. What r they?

Looks like 1/4-20 nylon pan head screws(probably slotted, most commonly found) and a few nuts stacked over the stock brace. The low-pro nuts look like mine, but larger, maybe faucet or shower tapered seals which are tapped? The only thing with the pair in the back are that they will hit the rib on the body, there is little to no room for nuts with the posts being so close to the rib.

On the shock spring retainers- it's JeepinDoug, not dougnjeep:)

NO it's not, you guys don't see things the way i do. Just because it's not like the manual say's does'nt mean it's backward. It's just my way of doing things. Oh buy the way the axels are clocked up. You people really need to think for you'r self. Just because someone makes something the way they want it does'nt make it right for everyone, it's called innovation. Use you'r imagination.:mrgreen::mrgreen:

They are nylon screws and nuts from ace hardware, the black fastners are hard rubber i found in the plumbing section. I cut of a bit to make it easier to turn with my big fingers"thumbsup"

For the most part, you are correct on the body mounts, and thanks for the correction on (JEEPINDOUG), SORRY to them for the misprint.:mrgreen:

this is the process i took to make a better steering plate. it moves the servo linkage forward to parallel to the servo, less strees on the servo. last process is paint to choice.( YELLOW ) for me."thumbsup""thumbsup".
