Front tire/wheel/knuckle weight is 18oz total
Rear tire/wheel weight is 10oz total

I ran the transmission flipped around with the dig servo/linkage in front. With the servo up front, I had to outboard my upper links to keep them in the upper mounting position at the chassis. I outboarded them 4mm at the axle as well to keep the link angles pretty close to stock.

Even though this truck is pretty heavy at 6.5lbs total, it drove very well on the red rocks in St. George. The weight seemed to keep the truck planted where lighter trucks kind of floated and slid around. <!-- / message --><!-- sig -->

Because I sometimes expect everyone to find humor in the same ways I do... but sadly I'm often wrong about that. Didn't want to ruffle any feathers.

Back to the build... I think you could go with gold springs in the rear as well. I'm pretty sure you would like how the truck reacts "thumbsup"
i agree, some people just don't have a sense of humor.

here are some pic's of the rig after i moved the shocks inboard. no risk of the top shock mounts hanging up on the rock. it's better this way."thumbsup"
