| My Cookie Cutter Car...
I picked up a Jimmy's Ultra4 race car from the guys at Jimmy's Outback 4x4 in Cortez, Co so maybe jason and I can get into the big show through LCO. All of the following info came from Randy at Jimmy's 4x4 and there will be a few changes before I pick it up in Cortez. If you go to the V2R race tell Randy to take it easy on my freakin' car Color; we went with Satin Black on Chassis, I believe it is one of the Best for Repairs and changes. Body, we are Running a Gloss Black for V2R, I'm Open for Color Changes, Outer Body Panels and Hood only, No Charge to Re-due... Chassis was Finished in 2010, Based off our Gen III Line, 1.75 x .120W DOM, there is some 1.5 x .120w DOM fill/Support tubes but not much. Car has not been rolled and is very Straight, minor scratches/Dents & dings in Belly and few Tubes, all Cosmetic and Minor. Chassis Design was to Carry spare tire Low in rear, it can carry qty Two stacked Tires and has Storage Under Them. Motor; SCHWANKE Engines 6.0 Motor Came From Browns Fab in Farmington NM, Not sure on the Engine Package, they have Changed since this Motor was Purchased. It Is NEW and always Been In-Door sealed. **Schwanke builds off new Engine block's and New Heads. This was not a used motor out of a Truck ** DYNO sheet Run at 510 HP. Has MAST Performance Cast Engine Pan with Provisions for Engine oil cooler. Has a Griffin Engine oil cooler. K&N Filter (Intake is back wards and we are trying to run this to the inside of the cab) Sanderson Haders, Magnaflo Mufflesr dual Coated and wrapped Transmission; TH400 HD, "K" Case, All plastic Removed, Alto Red's and Kolene steels, Teflon sealing rings, all new Bushings and Torrington bearings, Real OEM NP203 Short output shaft (Not a cut and welded that are currently going around), New low sprag, Stock Direct Drum Replaced with a drum that has a 36 element sprag instead of a roller clutch and has 6 frictions instead of the OEM 4-5, Intermediate clutch pack also Upgraded from 3 Frictions to 4 Frictions, HD Intermediate snap ring, #rd/Rev Oil mod's, Full Manual Fwd shift, allison Filter with Stainless steel screen, Vent is Vented to rear of case, Locking Dip stick, TCS Billet Converter, Winters Gate shifter. Transfercase; Stak Monster Box, This Case was Built for our Old car, we pulled it when we sold the Car, it had Custom cut 3.05-1 Gears and Chromolly shafts, we have never had a Issue with it ,Stak Billet Adapter, Torque mount on side of case. Axles; FRONT; Ruffstuff Fabricated 14T Housing (3.5 x .375 Tubes) SOLID AXLE 14T Drop Out (Finished Product **New not the Proto Types) Custom 40 Spline ARB, 5.38 R&P, 1350 HD U-Bolt Yoke, CTM 300M Axle shafts and U-Joints all 40 spline, Custom CTM Bronxe Bushing in spindle, Custom STAGE 8 Locking Spindle Nuts, Solid axle HD C's and Key'd 6-bolt Knuckles, Seals It axle seals qty 3 on each shaft. Solid 40 spline wheel hubs, 5/8 Studs 6-lug, Solid drive Flanges, TubeWorks 14" Vented Directional Rotors, Wilwood 6-Piston DP Calipers. REAR; Ruffstuff Fabricated 14T Housing (3.5 x .375 Tubes) SOLID AXLE 14T Drop Out (Finished Product **New not the Proto Types) Custom 40 Spline ARB, 5.38 R&P, 1350 HD U-Bolt Yoke, CTM 300M Axle shafts 40 spline, Custom STAGE 8 Locking Spindle Nuts, Solid axle Full Float spindles, 5/8 Studs 6-lug, Seals It axle seals qty 3 on each shaft. Wilwood Brake and Dual Masters with Residual valves 2# CNC Cutting Brakes STEERING; PSC Steering, 8" x 2.5 Double ended Ram (we are added extra clamps), New "N" pump with -12 Feed and -8 out, New Long Resorvoir w/Lrg feed, Chrlyn Valve, Joes aluminum Steering wheel w/Rubber Grip New. Finned steering Cooler. Suspension; Inverted 4-Link, all New Viking Rod ends, 2.5" 7075 Aluminum Links lower and 1.75 Uppers. RADFLO, 2.0 Coilovers and 3.0 Tripple Bypass shocks, 14" Front and 16" Rear. Hyd Bumps at each Corner. CURRIE AntiRock in rear with Aluminum arms Fuel; JAZ 32 Gallon tank, ATL Yellow foam, Walbro Pick ups in each Corner, Dual Internal Bosch 044 Pumps (New at Rebuild, if we have issues they will be Replaced) Tank has Bottom Feed that will run a 3rd Bosch 044 pump on the outside, Shut off valves and Check valve's. Aeromotive Regulator. Fragola Hoses and Fittings. Remote Fill, has a 1" Vent added for quick filling. Cooling; New CBR 36" x 19" Radiator with Dual L&R Heat exchangers, we were going to run Transmission and Engine oil, but decided to loop Transmission, and leave Engine oil to the Front of the car.. BODY; Escalade/Universal Truck Hood, all aluminum side panels and Kickers, Tinted Lexan side windows, Rear window with stainless steel screen. Rear storage under spares tires. Chassis paint satin black, Body gloss black, Interior text Black SEATS, we will be putting a new set of Twisted Stitch Pro's in when sold, that way we can fit seat to owners size, we are running are old Mastercraft 3G for V2R PRO-Armor Seat belts new. TIRES and Wheels (Customers choice TBD on tires) qty 7 ALLIED Aluminum Beadlocks Drilled for desert Flanged wheel nuts, 4 are new, qty 4 Used BFG Red label 39" Krawlers. RACE Accessories; Comlink 6 PCI Intercom (Just sent back to have a look at terminals and add IPOD connector), Kenwood 5owatt Radio, NEW 150 CFM Race Air Pumper, Lowerance 8" GPS, Window nets, Mirrors, Radflo HYD Jack Mounted to chassis, First Aid Get, door bags, Impact bag, Gaules Siren, LIGHT'S; qty 4 KC Carbon HID Pod lights, front Ridid Dually headlights, Rear Brake lights, AMBER and BITD Blue. ACCESSORIES; WARN RC 9000 wich w/rope and Albright Solenoid pack. Autometer Gauges, not sure yet on how many and style.
