Lookin good Nice work on the bed, I have yet to play with styrene building... soon though.

Can't wait to see the finished project, hay bails & all

Unfortunately no...I won't be able to make it this weekend.

But the good news is that it looks like I will be getting a hall pass from management for the following weekend for the comp in Milwaukee...so I'll probably see you guys at that time.

Ok, more pics to come tonight. We have the bumpers mounted front and rear, and the bed is installed in the body, and sprayed with black texture to simulate a spray-in bedliner.

It looks like we won't have the grill machined for a while, but it will come, eventually.

Here is the chrome trim I was finalizing over what seems like the last year...



I started playing around with some styrene...making a rollbar and a toolbox...far from finished...oh yeah, and the bed is now sprayed with the black texture...


Here is the rear bumper and mounts...

The grill came out of the machining center and now has to be trimmed to size...

Here is the grill trimmed to size, the opening in the body cleaned up, and waiting for final paint and mounting and lenses...

nice...i remember when i was a young kid ...we had a farm truck the same color..but it was a 2wd with a 454..
