went to mikes yesterday and the scaler took a swim in the water

everything still runs, nothing shorted.

i finished up the rock sliders and made a chassis for a friend. i think it turned out pretty good

finished the bumper and wound the sinch with some steel cable from the craft store.
i put the winch behind the grille and cut it out a little so i can get a better approach angle.

i still want to do an interior and a rollcage inside

i know the bumper looks a little bent, i dropped it and didnt notice untill it was already painted.

Looks like an awesome rig you got goin!!! Looks like its not only very capable, but flexes like crazy, ESPECIALLY for a leaf suspension and it seems to sidehill like a champ!!! I like it

Thanks, glad you like it

i finished up the body, painted it a metallic blue with several coats of clear afterward.
the pictures show it to be a brighter blue but is a little darker in person. painted up the tail lights and blinkers, aswell as the door trim and handles.

id say i have about 10 hours sanding/priming/sanding again... what a pain

heres some pictures. i will try and get some better ones soon.

Good to see another guy my age on the forum

Awesome looking rig. I really like the color. How do you like those rock stompers? I have been looking into those and I like the way they look
