fender will not expand. I use 1.55 tires and rims

now I have another problem

On this point I always cracked putty =( /tamiya putty white/
I need something that permanently connects the plastic

Just fix extra styrene behind it to give more strength.

Nice work ! I am in the process of planning a burban as well as my next build! As for your problem , use small thin strips and what ever solvent cement you use and build it up. Then reinforce from the back as well should do the trick. Subbing as well to watch your progress !

off to a great start!
yea more plastic and less filler.. it may take a little longer to sand down the plastic but its totally worth it.. and definitely back any joints.
ive been wanting to do a burban as well.. heck i wont lie, i want to build everything!! lol

i shaved a little pile of styrene then added some of the styrene glue and made a paste out of it ,the solvent will melt the styrene then i just brushed it on.

Now I plan to finish sealing-putty. Then stick strips on the roof of the car. I want to buy mask front with logo chevrolet, but no one on ebay or sell it. anyone have this mask at home?

Increased rear window.
Removal of the original panel of masks, emblem 4x4x4. ugly.
I cut holes for the taillights.

The stripes on the roof and the hood make it look more realistic to me. Awesome build all the way around though.
