First I added about 2-1/4oz to each front (thats all the 1/4oz weights that will fit in the wheel inner rim, on the outside of the tire...not in the tire since I already had the tires glued. Rears got the leftovers which amounted to 3/4oz I think. But after seeing how well the aluminum beadlock rims with 3-3/4oz each work on the rover thats what I will be doing for the gwagon. full "stick" around of 1/4oz sticky weights +2 for a total of 14 on mine also. It really helps having that weight in there both for traction and center of gravity. I am running the same. It's amazing how much some of these hardbodies weigh different. The hummer i was running was a smaller body but the plastic used for the interior was WAY heavier than the larger Jeep I have now. Those cut down claw dawgs and hummer wheels fit the build perfect. Last edited by Jaynen; 03-08-2008 at 07:19 PM. |

YES, you should pick up an XC chassis ( CC-01) They are a super simple design, a blast to drive, and semi affordable..!! You can hop onto E-bay, and usually snag a running chassis for under 2 bills.. | ||
