Look like a great start Cory! You're builds are always top notch so I don't expect any less with this one. And YES I see the Winch on the workbench and we need more info please. I'm gonna need a few of these as long as they don't cost an arm and a leg...I'll give up an arm! |

'bout time you started this thing, I look forward to seeing one with solid axles, the CC01 is pretty limited.

Looks like a great start! I have the same body (in black) that I might use for a future build but I have at least 2 more builds ahead of it. Damn I wish I could make it to the Scale Nationals. |

got allitle more done. had to switch to an axial tranny with a tiny 78T spur. because of the layout of the upper links and the interior the R2 just wasnt going in there. i got the rough cuts done for the spur and shocks. also got the winch assembled, just needs paint, lever, and line now. may end up haveing to go to shorter shocks, or cutting the shafts on these TLTs. rough cuts done. |

got the body dismanteled, wet sanded and ready for paint after flat black on the bottom, 4 coats of Viper Metallic Blue, and about 2 f-ing hours of masking. ready for satin black on the flares and rockers. first coat for the interior.... Bumper shot with satin black, and the winch with gloss.... tops almost done, just gotta glue the windows in. i think ive decided not to tint them. flat black on the inside, plasti-dip spray on the outside to simulate the textured rubber like finish of the 1:1. rack painted gloss black. |
