To answer first question: Its both 3/16 and 1/4. Main base of the bumper is 1/4 with the guards all 3/16. The bed has 1/4 on the main front vertical bar and in the rear corner where the bed and bumper area meet, rest is 3/16 for the roll cage and "bumper"

The receiver, will KINDA, its going to have more like a reese hitch set up done later one as I am going to be building a Pajero next and a trailer, hence this will pull it.

And last of all, HERES THE UPDATE, NOW THIS IS FREAKING COOL, I still cant believe I built it,lol:

All thats left, Lighting and scale stuff on the bed. Oh and the spare tire of course.

Thanks guys. I still havent had time to really run it yet to see how it actually performs, once I do I will post vids of that and of me using the winch.

The winch is scale, 1/10th, Stephan at Scale Offroad makes them, if you want one, talk to run2jeepin here as he is the North American dealer for Scale Offroad.

Here's a couple more pics, my pajero got here the other day, so I slapped it together with full ball bearings and made lights for it, all up and running. I got too jealous with the other guys in the club running FJ and Brat XCs, so I had to get one myself. Should be getting video of the Super Duty using the winch this weekend.

Alright ALMOST DONE!!! Got the new wheels in today, just put them on, LOVE THESE WHEELS, nice scale look (I love the way they look on both rigs) and only $40 a set, allowed me to get 2 sets for still WAY less than the other 1.9 alloy/aluminum wheels out there. Last thing to do is get the offroad lights on the roll bar made which is a bit of a project (at least to me). Heres the pics of the wheels on both.
