No way! I've been waiting for someone to do a 1/10 K5/Pro-line bodied MRC. I really like the looks of it so far. Did you use wheel wideners? |

Thanks MTB!! BTW BlazzerBogger its not a 1/10 scale its the monster truck body. Maybe 1/8-1/9 scale I think. WB comes in at 10.75 and yes I will probably be trimming the fenders some Plans are to have a Proline bumper kit tomm and possibly a couple other goodies... ...and oh yes, for anyone that didnt notice, I have 2 stock DS's on the way. Hopefullly will be here this week... Jon |

I thought the Pro-line monster truck bodies were 1/10 scale. I just realized that you're with VARCOR too! So maybe I'll get to see this rig in person someday? BTW, your taillights are on sideways. |

Drop them both about an 1/8 of an inch and your good to go. Like how the axels tuck the tires under the body |

Ok, so the usual mod everyone does on the DS's for these MRCs won't work because it's still about a .5" too short. I need longer DS's. Anyone have any ideas??? Do Pede shafts work by chance?? Any Losi shafts that might fit the bill?? Any help is much appreciated... TIA, Jon |

The Traxxas half shafts(Pede shafts) are a direct bolt on. I used them on mine.
