Realized the propane tank wouldn't be seen behind the spare so I had to cut it shorter to fit in the rear section instead.

Cut & Shut

Fits just right

Just realized I haven't posted photos of the finished body. It's a full roller. Just needs a motor now.

Still need to build the interior and figure out where all the electronics will mount so this body mounting will only be temporary. Gotta drive this thing already!

IMO a pair of 1.9 flat irons would really make it look great

I think with the chopped fender there needs to be more tire to fill the gap. The Flat Irons are a little too small for this monster.

Looks good, maybe I didnt catch it right, but did you say that the slingers were 1.5 on a 1.9 wheel? I like the cut fenders too.

Looks good! How much of a PITA is it to fab up the rear? Did you braze or Mig it? I think i would lose my mind trying to get those brake lines to fit all nice and neat and probably yell obscenities.

Yep you can mount 1.55 tires on 1.9 wheels. Makes the sidewall bulge out a little more but it works just fine.

Silver sharpie over the whole emblem and then an extra fine point sharpie paint marker.

Millermatic 211 Auto-set. I'm pretty sure a Monkey could lay down nice welds with it. Not sure what my excuse is..... This cage was the very first thing I welded though. After looking at the photos, I see spot welds that are going to need some retouching.
