The body turned out great!!!! and in person out in the sun this body just shines and sparkles. Brian did a wonderful job painting this. I wheeled it for a couple of mins with the body on to see how it looked with the new wheels and tires. I like it and it doesnt look that bad but the tires are still a little big at 95mm tall. Any ways on to the pics

Well thats it for now i want to maybe try and find a smaller tire. I have to install the lights and make some wheel wells and then scratch the body up lol Any thoughts and input are welcome good or bad

ya the tires are just a little too big for that truck... all you need is a nice tool box in the back

I think I know the perfect tire for the Nissan, I put it next to the Nissan body I order and looked right. I reduced a set of RC4WD Trailbuster to 1.5, they were super easy to reduce. I'm not sure on the exact height but they are shorter than 1.9 Slingers which are 3.75"

The tires i have are one of the smallest scale tires from rc4wd. i have the stock losi mini tires that are smaller but they dont look scale and we cant have that lol. Ill have to find someone that can reduce these for me i dont know where to begin on doing it. But i think your right on it being the cure for my problem

Actually the 1.55 Dirt Grabber is RC4WD's smallest scale tire at 3" or 78mm.

Or PM if you're interested in the Trailbusters.

4-link the uppers and add some triangulation to the lower links

Man that turned out really nice Balln. As far as the body roll, the L-trail MRC's are really bad about it. Just like Mad4Rnr suggested triangulation and firming up the rear shocks up is all you can do to it. Good luck!

I played around with a 4link setup on it last night but i just did the rear and it seemed to help but still some roll. I got some 80 wait oil for the shocks from a friend and im wanting to 4link the rear better and see how that does. But before i do that i really need to find some one that can reduce my tires for me. And thanks for the comments

Make sure you have enough side to side support in the chassis or it will flex and you will spend your time working on the wrong thing

Its been along time since i have messed with this truck. I drove it after i got it running and it had bad body roll so i ended up putting it up on the shelf to sit. Well i decided it was about time to tinker on it so i started with another 4link set up and test drove her and no body roll at least none like it use to be. I also through in a light kit to run her last night in the swamp. ( sprinklers )

Pics are dark but you kinda get an idea

Im going to run down to the hobby shop and grab some thicker shock oil and some body posts i have to get rid of the velcro shit it doesnt work like i would like it too and im not sticking the posts through the middle of the hood im going to try and keep it scale.

I ended up taking the foam out of the chisels and putting them into the stock losi tires and wrapped them around my integy wheels with the 10mm off set. And for stock losi wheels i actaully think they look really good.

What do yo guys think?

Your Nissan looks great Ryan and the tires aren't bad but some rc4wd dirt grabbers would look killer mounted up to those wheels.

I took another look at the pics and the tires you had on it looked great to.

Thanks brian and i would really like another tire (more scale) but these are pretty small for the money. But i cant wait to get out on the trails with this rig. I was actually driving it on my girlfriends head while she was laying on the bed playing on the laptop.I have pics too God she loves me

Thanks man And i had some bumpers in mind well atleast for the front. The lexan like's to grab rocks but this little guy is on the back burner for now while i work on my jk build. I do have to say this rig really suprised me on the rocks it needs some more wheel speed but it does really good.
