Got some paint on it, just letting the back it, it was a little humid out but that is cool cause it ads to the effect to the paint so it wont look perfect, lol. I sprayed the body with a paint adhesive promoter on the outside then sprayed some rust colored primer then a thin coat of silver and finally the red. Now when the paint cures enough I can start on the detailed part like the silver showing through and rust, etc. I also hand cut the sign for the sides so it looks like it was in the show.

I got the sanding part done to show the layers of paint, to metal and then rust. Topped it off with a matte coat so it has a weathered look. Now i have to do the signs for the doors and the detail part of the window trim, grille, door handles, etc. Then I can lay the real rust process on in some small spots. Then I could do the secret part to the truck, hehehe. Well here are the pics i got.
