So every time you see a real Baja Claw, you're going to call it a Nylint tire?

More!

Here's a shot of about 1/2 of the chassis tubing done, with tranny installed.

The servo and linkage goes on.

Here's the 1st mockup with body and tires on. Exciting!

Note the nice approach and departure angles.

Ghetto-fabulicious rear steering lock-out.

Got the rear shocks on. I'm pleased with the flex- just a wee bit, not too much. Didnt want to have to chop too much body.

Black flat primer going on. The interior will be mostly black, with some detail painting. The underbody will be black, as well as all the tubing.

Here's a later mock-up with the upper rear roll cage on its way.

The upper cage unbolts so that the body can come off the chassis. Looks cool in black, but it'll be neat in its final color too!

More pics to come!

The one in the link is stock. I think Ryan meant he was first to make a crawler one.

That may be true, but considering what Ryan has built in the past I know it will be the best

Thanks folks! The XR in that link is a 2wd stock unit. They are cool stock too! It's not exactly a crawler though.

I don't think I'll ever see a REAL MT Baja Claw on a RC crawler.

This is an awesome build, very James Bond(ish).

Awesome... Not many vehicles make me want to sport wood, but this one is getting close.
