At first I was using the top mount to fold around frame (first pic) than wanted to change it and make almost exact bucket on the bronco (subsequent pics). I used 18 gauge sheet metal, cut a T shape, folded in the top sides than brazed it together. This is just the mock up and it looks good. I will cut it down and shape the top end so it is round. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

I have finished the buckets. These will be the mock ups for now. I will work on setting the rear leafs than building the links. Any feed back, opinions or suggestions are always welcomed. Enjoy! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Thanks guys for all the comments. I am open to any suggestions or feedback. Trying to stick with my 1:1 setup now. So, 2 links up front with panhard bar and leafs in the rear with shocks/shocks up front. I might after this build is put coils in rear with 4 link and than 3 link the front as I would if I put 60's in the bronco which is my future build. I just finished mount the rear leafs now. Will get pics up soon. Now making the servo plate for the front and drop track bar for the front panhard than make the drag link and steering rod. |

Thanks Skinner. I am going to do a shock hoop or mount on the inner part of the bucket. Here is front steering rod. Going to make tabs for the servo than make drag link and pan hard next. ![]() ![]() |

I'd go with the bottom but that's me. Every thing looks really good so far!
