I got it today, sweet! Thanks!

I keep a stock of all sizes of 3mm screws, washers, nuts, lock nuts, etc. I don't use ANYTHING else, so I am all set in that department.

unfortunately I dont have a good stock of 3mm but even if I did I dont have a 3mm tap, so I'll probabaly use 4-40 on holes I have to make.

You should look in your area to see if you can find a fastener store. There is a place here called Tacoma Screw, and thy sell the 3mm hex heads in all lengths for dirt cheap.

I haven't had time to work on mine yet, but I realize that not everything is stock as you said in one of your post. I enjoy fabbing parts so that no one has exactly the same as I do.

Diaz, are you going to sell any of these? If so, tell me how much.

I noticed mine is missing the hole for the bed pivot to mount, and life would be SO much easier if there were tapped holes along the top to mount the cab mount. The hole for the pivot is no biggie, I can just drill out some new ones. The servo mounting and other parts requiring mounting from the top are my main concerns at this point.

I love that CF chassis (if that's what it is, looks like it!)

To ammend my last post, the pivot holes ARE there, I just didn't recognize them!

I fabbed up some quick bracktry and the body is mounted. I am going to have to cut off the forward-most of the rear shock mounts or my tube bed won't fit, but I only run one shock per corner anyway.

The only thing I need to figure out now is the servos, might prove trickier...

One thing I noticed that I haven't seen mentioned is that you need to reverse the spacer on the shackles away from the rails, and remove the black plastic spacer from the spring mount. Doing that brings the springs in line just right.

Nice, got any pics from the side? I think I'd still like to raise the tranny. Will wait til I get a drill press before starting so I can tap the holes for the steering/shift servo's.

You'll have to redrill tranny holes as well, don't forget. You'll have to decide whether to move the tranny up and slightly forward or up and slightly rearward.

The distance between the rails will not allow the use of the stock servo rails, nor will it allow the rails to be in the same location. Something completely new will have to be worked out. I am considering switching to a micro servo for shifting and a standard for steering, but mounting them directly to the rails on each side. Adaptor plates will be needed.

I'm thinking of using the plates that I have on it now.

You could get something like this to mount the servos to the rails.

I think I'll cut strips of alum and bend them in a c shape to have it like the stock mounting
