Gelande and 2 speed?

Any input of whether the RC4WD 2 speed will fit in the new Gelande or are major mods needed?

It may fit in the chassis BUT you will have the following issues:

1) the front driveshaft will touch the bottom of the tranny
2) there is no where to mount the shift servo so you will need to make a mount
3) the D90 interior will not longer fit without hacking it up
4) you will need to make a new solid shaft from tranny to tcase.
5) you will need the tranny mounts from the TF2.


1 & 3 are why the 2 speed was not included in the G2.

Do you know if these are still an issue with the 'LWB' D110 model?

I just picked up a d110. The only issue i foynd with mine was my steering link wasnt to short and the motor and gearing stock in it was horrible wouldnt even crawl over anything on 3s and its a perfect fit for the 4 door new bright jeep body.
