Mudd'n Militia "AZAZEL 1 " Replica

Build thread for the replica of my old 1:1 wheeling truck "AZAZEL 1" is officially being moved from the 2.2 to the 1.9 section as this will be campaigned as my new Class 2 rig.

It is essentially a LOSI Night Crawler / SCX 10 hybrid

I quickly learned while competing at the 2013 ECSC (Class 3) that my rig was maxed out in its current configuration.

I wanted to build a new Class 3 that pushed all boundries (which is in the works!), so this rig takes a natural step to Class 2.


Away went the Pitbull XOR's and 4WS...

Picked up some cut 1.9 Boggers on Bartos Wheels and increased pinion gear from 15 to 19T

Thanks Nick! I'm slowly warming up to the 1.9's...so long on big tires that these still look weird to me!

Need to fix my front bumper mount. I think that will make it look better as well!

Thanks man! Yeah, Both my kids ran it in the Junior and Rookie Class. My older son Cameron (8 yrs old) took 1st Place in the Junior Class with this truck!

Havnt done much to this truck in a while, But I did have it at the Cleveland Auto-Rama. our local club (NOSTR) had a display and we put on driving and comp demo's all weekend long. Here are a few pics!
