Default Ballistic17's Mattzilla Ultra 4 Build

Gonna have my second chassis coming soon from Mattzilla RC Works for another build. Going with his Ultra 4 chassis. Have lots planned for this rig. Parts from VP, SuperShafty, Gear Head RC, Pit Bull tires, M.I.P and RC4WD. And I am sure there will be more. Here are a few pics.

Nothing really new yet. Got a few little things the other day. Some more lexan sheets, Wraith skid and a Yeti fuel cell. Still waiting on the chassis to get here also.

Have fun with all those screws. Suburb wheels, tons of wrench turning.

I got the same bag of hardware from team KNK and I really liked it, everything was great in the kit! I am interested in how you like the axles, they seem a bit pricey at first but with everything that is done to them it seems reasonable...

Yeah I was looking through the kit. Lots of good hardware. Yeah I had to think about the axles for awhile. But if I would have bought everything separate it would have cost a little more then what I paid for them. Still waiting on them from Supershafty.com. There were a couple more in front of me to be built. But can't wait to get them.

A little more progress

Used some CowRC Utter Butter and assembled my driveshafts.

Got all the tires and rims together.

Got the links together.

Now just waiting on the axles and chassis.

Axles should be here later this afternoon. Talked to Lue yesterday and he is running a little behind on the chassis builds. Should have mine after the 1st of the year. Still waiting to hear back from Neal at FreqEskinz to see how he is coming on the wrap.
