Default First D90

This is my Yellow Black D90, my first D90 build. Still in progress but only adds accessories.

These are my photo, not the best it seems still to bright :

Still confuse about the front bumper color between red or semi gloss black.

To do list :
- Adding light pod with diameters about 20mm (I don't know where I can find this big).
- Adding snorkel.
- Fill roofrack with goods.
- Eliminate rear passenger seat.
- Maybe changing the wheels and tires into slightly bigger tires.

Nice rig!

Is it a modified RC4WD body (doesn't look like it)? What chassis/body did you use?

Love that roof rack / light bar combo. Where did you get that - or did you build it yourself?

With the already bright yellow, the (also bright) red might just be a tad too much, IMO. But on the other hand... it's kinda unique.

If 22mm lights are ok as well... check these.

Thanks..

This body is the chinese one not the RC4WD. Chassis is using SCX10 (Honcho) and shorten the wheelbase.
The roofrack/rollcage, bumpers, spare tire mount and ladder are made by myself.

When I was looking RC4WD that have red bumpers then I gave it a try with the red color on my bumper.
I will try change into semi gloss black. I'm bad when mix and match color.

Those lights are great, 22mm still fit fine. Thanks for the link.

How did you shorten the wheelbase? Did you need side mounts as well? I have a Honcho as well

Only shorten the links and the chassis is in stock length. Also change the driveshafts (or you can shorten the stock plastic driveshafts). Then the body I mounted at front and rear (utilize the rear 3 tabs) with 3Dprinted parts.

Also paint the figure for the first time, more harder to paint I think.

New bumper out of Delrin. Not yet finish, I have to figure out to make the bumper d ring mounts (both mounts are besides the fairlead, those small holes).
And after seeing this photo, it looks like I have to paint black color behind the rear grill or maybe trim it.

Brighter photo.
